Forget about sending this to the voters. Like a your 20 year old boyfriend/girlfriend, they have NO idea what they want, but would prefer the same level of services...with no taxes, only they can't figure out if the extension is a tax, tax increase, what have you.<br /><br />OR, <br /><br />2. Forget about getting GOP members to vote for this. It's an extension not an increase, send it to voters on a simple majority. <br /><br />BUT, this budget was not going to fully fund education, and potentially crippled Prop 98 levels going forward.
